CELEBRATE WITH US: IT'S OUR 100TH EPISODE!!!
THE 100th EPISODE OF BEATS WORKING JUST DROPPED!!! — links to all social media platforms are below, you know what to do 😉 Do you want graphics to share on social? Reply to this email and we’ll send them your way 🎉
In our 100th episode, Dan T. Rogers joins us to discuss the importance of effort, intentionality in the workplace, and his transformative journey from physical labor to leadership. We explore the concept of creating impactful and fulfilling work environments and the paradox of progress in business.
In this episode of Sidekick Sessions, the crew—Elan, Tamar, Alysse, Libby, and Mark—spills their guts about work-from-home challenges, benefits, and their own home office must-haves: from coffee (lifeblood) to second monitors and even drum sets for those jam breaks.
One of the most important parts of the conversation is #Trust. Trusting your team makes people shine. Let them balance their lives and work in a way that works for them and watch them crush it.

Classy Problems is launched + live!
Join us in a daily email by Dan T. Rogers intended to develop awareness and intention with the gift of our attention. Here’s an example:
Growth and Development
Growth is the quantitative increase in size or magnitude. Bigger.
Development is the qualitative advancement or refinement of a person or system. Better.
Growth is about increasing capacity, while development is about increasing competency. Different.
We find It more useful to view development as intentional growth. When our focus shifts from just getting bigger to getting better, it often requires getting smaller or doing less. Restraint.
